Job Summary:
Hilldrup has an immediate need for a client-focused, results-oriented individual with exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills to manage our partnerships for lead generation. The ideal candidate will be dynamic and motivational, with an emphasis on excellence.
The position is responsible for identifying and developing key market specific alliance / partnerships for purposes of generating lead streams and networking relationships within the designated Carolina geography. This role will act as the liaison between primary contacts within the market alliances and our sales and marketing teams in order to create and execute strategies that will drive targeted revenue growth in this important vertical.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Establish a target specific marketing campaign across multiple industry segments. Target industries include Real Estate companies/networks, home building companies, Senior living environments, facilities and communities, Cahmber of Commerce contacts and business functions, Home and Garden shows, Lead and Networking groups, etc. Target markets are Richmond, Charlottesville, Williamsburg and may include any cities or markets between those designated markets.
- Attend a predetermined minimum number of face-to-face meetings, in person visits, Chamber functions, etc. per month.
- Generate a predetermined minimum number of qualified leads to the sales teams servicing each market each month.
- Act as the community face of the company in each market at all related functions, trade shows, etc.
- Execute customer-focused sales strategies that will support the achievement of individual, department and company revenue and profit goals.
- Prospecting, networking, and developing new lead generators for prospective markets.
- Knowledge and understanding of world affairs and the impact on business.
- Adhering to established sales techniques with a strong focus on ethical business dealings, consistent with Hilldrup’s values.
- Capitalizing on on-the-job training and development opportunities.
- Utilizing social media and technology to promote Hilldrup and self.
- Other duties as assigned.
