Consumer Relations Representative - United Recovery and Remarketing

Essential Responsibilities:

• Effective communicate the claims process to customers.
• Enter, track, and manage claims using Customer Relationship Management software.
• Provide superior customer service via phone and email.
• Build rapport with our agents, lot staff, and our vendor agent network.
• Run and complete monthly reports for clients.
• Analyze trends for client and vendor claims and report findings to internal team members to create resolutions.
• Prepare for and participate in weekly claims meetings.
• Other duties as assigned by Manager.

This position starts at $18+/ hour, depending on experience, plus paid time off, benefits, and 401k eligibility.
