We are seeking a dedicated Contact Center Technician to provide customer-facing support for our external and internal users. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with account management, maintaining and enhancing our web-based tools, and supporting project management tasks. This role is essential in ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and seamless operation of our online services.
Key Responsibilities
The base range for this contract position is $20 - $29 / per hour, depending on experience.
Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered

We are seeking a dedicated Contact Center Technician to provide customer-facing support for our external and internal users. Key Responsibilities
- Provide support for websites and web-based services via telephone, e-mail, and chat.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide feedback to existing users and development teams.
- Interact with external and internal customers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Assist users with feature updates and enhancements.
- Support the deployment of new reports from staging to production environments.
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
- Demonstrate behaviors aligned with the organization's desired culture and values.
- 1-3 years of related work experience in providing user support services and training for a data tool or technology platform.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to comprehend, research, and summarize information to respond to user questions effectively.
