ManTech is looking for a highly motivated and qualified Content Creator II, Ft Meade/NBP .
The ideal candidate will perform as and manage the full spectrum of systems engineering tasks to include requirements analysis, feature, system and interface design, system integration, system testing, as well as working with the modeling team in support of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and all associated documentation.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to _:_
+ Supporting more senior Content Creators, System and Software Engineers, and SMEs in the development of training content.
+ Contributing to the creation of various forms of instructional materials, including documents, audio recordings, videos, interactive training systems, learning management system modules, AR/VR environments, and other emerging technologies.
+ Assisting in gathering instructional requirements, collecting data, and implementing effective solutions.
+ Collaborating with Graphic Designers and A/V Specialists to produce media that aligns with instructional goals and objectives.
+ Supporting synchronous, asynchronous, and self-service teaching and learning experiences.
+ Following the guidance and direction of more senior personnel in their role.
Basic qualifications :
+ 2 years of relevant experience.
Minimum qualifications:
+ Experience developing instructional materials for DoD or IC.
Security clearance requirement:
+ Active TS/SCI with the ability to obtain and/or maintain a polygraph.
Physical requirements:
+ Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time.
+ Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel.
+ Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer.
