Description:

• Our client is looking to stand up an associate facing mobile application to improve the lives of associates that are working in the stores.
• They want the app to be engaging, informative and functional.
• From an HR perspective, associates will be able to complete and track onboarding tasks, monitor timesheets, swapping schedules/shifts, etc. but additionally, have access to things like notifications of work anniversaries/milestones, upcoming training, community forums, links to productivity tools and dashboards, ability to earn rewards/merch for work performances, educational content, etc.
• They are starting from scratch on this app and ambition from leadership is VERY high to get this done. They want this app to feel fun and engaging, not like another work task. The goal is to get an MVP out in 60 days.

The ambition for this project is to enhance the associate experience, and so standing up something like an HR portal isn't quite the way to go about it - they want it to feel fun and engaging, not like work. They need this research to help them navigate that territory in terms of what the balance needs to look like between utility and something that's a little stickier and more engaging/fun.

They use Monday. They're looking for someone who can do content strategy AND write the content.

--Strategy: sitemap, content hierarchy, helping figure out what their tone/voice is to speak with associates, help teams navigate how to utilize and prioritize content, work across multiple teams to get content, etc.

--Writing: microcopy to bring life to the screens
