Join us. **Job Description** **AECOM** is seeking a **Contract Administrator III** to join the DCS Federal Contracts Team. This position offers a flexible hybrid work arrangement to include a combination of office and remote work. This position can be based in, but not limited to: Honolulu, HI or Seattle, WA. **Job Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:** + Coordinates and provides review, administration and compliance activities for industrial, commercial and government contracts/subcontracts of smaller scope and complexity. + Support contract review, acceptance and compliance through one or more of the following: + Reviews proposed terms and conditions of a contract during the solicitation process and identify nonstandard terms and may recommend modifications to contract language + Work with project manager and client/government representative to review and resolve questions or issues related to contract compliance or terms and conditions of the contract + Prepare reports related to contract spend and progress + Conduct compliance reviews and ensure corrective actions are completed in a timely manner + Assist with reviews required for contract closure. + Employee follows standardized instructions or procedures, and works under direct supervision assisting higher-level contract administrators. + Work is checked for accuracy, adequacy, and adherence to instructions. **Qualifications** **Minimum Requirements:** + BA/BS + 4 years of relevant contract management experience or a demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education. + Due to the nature of the work, US Citizenship is required in order to work on Federal projects. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Experience with federal contracts preferred + Experience within the AEC industry a plus + Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Access, PowerPoint, Word and Excel. + Strong written and oral communications skills + Experience building and maintaining strong internal and external relationships. + Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy, completeness, and thoroughness. **Additional Information** + This position does not include sponsorship for United States work authorization now or in the future + Relocation assistance is not offered for this position + All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications.
