Job Description
Blue Water Thinking is seeking a dedicated Contract Administrator to join our team. The Contract Administrator will be responsible for the initial review of agreements, to include Teaming Agreements (TAs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Subcontracts (SubK), and Service Agreements (SA), and for coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of these agreements. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage the review process, as well as the signature process via DocuSign.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform initial reviews of Teaming Agreements (TAs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Subcontracts (SubK), and Service Agreements (SA), ensuring they adhere to the templates established for use and that they meet internal standards and compliance requirements.
- Follow up and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure all contract documentation is complete and accurate.
- Manage the signature process with teaming/contracting partners for agreements through DocuSign, tracking and following up to ensure timely execution.
- Maintain organized files and records of all contract documents, updating stakeholders on the status of agreements as needed.
- Develop and provide reports to BWT senior management regarding status of contracts.
- Provide contract-related support and answer inquiries from internal stakeholders, on contract terms and conditions.
- Assist in improving contract administration processes to streamline workflow and increase efficiency.
- Assist with administration of existing contracts, include invoicing and monthly reports.
- Communicate with partners regarding status of contract documents
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in contract administration or a related field.
- Proficiency in managing document workflows and document management systems, such as DocuSign.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to read and understand contract documents.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across diverse functions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with federal contracts or working within a contracting environment that uses contracts in support of government programs.
- Familiarity with contract terminology and standard contract provisions.
- Familiar with SharePoint
Eligibility:
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required federal public trust clearance for this role.
Compensation:
Salary for this position is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the candidate's particular combination of knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
The proposed salary range for this position is $70,000 - $85,000.
