Job Summary
Global Dynamics is a Veteran Owned Firm that provides Healthcare and Administrative Support services to various Government Agencies across the Continental US. Global Dynamics is a Service- Disabled Veteran Owned Firm and priority will go to Veteran Applicants who are qualified and meets the job description.
The Contract Manager will oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serve as the liaison between the customer, employees and PMO office. They will operate as the face of Global Dynamics LLC within their assigned district. The Contract Manager will be responsible for maintaining positive customer and employee relations on various Government Projects which is critical to our Growth and Expansion.
The Contract Manager will also monitor opportunities to grow programs in response to customer requirements. On the job training, but must be a self-motivated individual that is organized and a quick learner.
Summary of Essential Job Functions
Ø Responsible for site visits; meet with customers to monitor program performance.
Ø Travel up to 40% to assigned district sites to meet new hires, check on project status and interim project check-ups
Ø Manage different government contracts – i.e. employee relations and customer service
Ø Manage and resolve conflict with customers and off-site employees
Ø Monitor and maintain fill rates and scheduling levels on contracts.
Ø Collaborate with Contract Team and Develop recruitment strategies for all areas of country
Ø Collaborate with HR team to maintain effective recruiting and onboarding processes
Ø Time, Leave and Attendance Management of all assigned contract employees
Ø Reporting and creating reports to monitor retention rates, turnover trends & recommendation
Ø Collaborates with Human Resources Leadership in enforcing corporate and government policies
Ø Market research nationwide salaries and acquisitions
Ø Manage on-call after hour’s phone
Requirements
Ø Candidate should be well groomed, articulate, reliable, trustworthy and professional.
Ø Ability to read and interpret contracts and difficult literature
Ø Candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to communicate with tact, savvy, assertive and diplomacy.
Ø Candidate must have problem solving skills and conflict resolution skills.
Ø Excellent negotiation skills are required to communicate salaries, policies, performance, raises, scheduling etc.
Ø Must be organized and able to work on multiple projects simultaneously/ multitask
Ø Good IT Skills and proficient with MS Office products, specifically, Word, Excel and Outlook. Experience with HCM/HRIS Systems a plus
Additional Requirements
Ø Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience or Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 3 years, but consideration will be given for Time Served in the Military.
Ø Must have Minimum of 5 years’ experience using Microsoft Office Products.
Ø Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Military, Customer Services, Recruiting, Account Management, Project Management, Human Resources Business Partner or Sales.
Ø Minimum of 5 years for working in a Corporate Office setting. Able to integrate well with a team and also able to work independently to accomplish the mission.

Work Environment
Ø This job operates in a professional corporate office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers, smartphones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and scanners.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
Ø This is a full-time position; days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Ø On call rotation is required
Travel
Ø This position requires up to 40% travel.

Work Location:
Corporate Office Columbia, MD is in prime office space, walking distance to mall, eateries and free access to Corporate Gym. Based on District Assigned some Contract Managers will have the ability to telecommute on occasion (must be authorized by HR).
