About the Job
A great opportunity for a Contract Administrator to join our corporate client's legal team. Ideal candidates will be detail oriented, motivated who has demonstrated responsibility, accountability and a willingness to learn. The Contract Administrator will work closely across departments and supports the General Counsel. This is a hybrid role.
Job Requirements
- Work with several vendor contracts and provide audits, manage invoice processing, have PO's assigned to contracts, will be working closely with the AP & HR teams
- Responsible for creating a work flow of the process.
- Docusign CLM
- O365 Suite experience
Education and Experience
- 2+ years of experience as a contract administrator, HR representative, contract manager, or similar role
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Paralegal certificate preferred
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
