Contracts Administrator at Nagler Group

A great opportunity for a Contract Administrator to join our corporate client's legal team. Ideal candidates will be detail oriented, motivated who has demonstrated responsibility, accountability and a willingness to learn. The Contract Administrator will work closely across departments and supports the General Counsel. This is a hybrid role. 

Job Requirements

• Work with several vendor contracts and provide audits, manage invoice processing, have PO's assigned to contracts, will be working closely with the AP & HR teams
• Responsible for creating a work flow of the process.
• Docusign CLM
• O365 Suite experience

• 2+ years of experience as a contract administrator, HR representative, contract manager, or similar role
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Paralegal certificate preferred
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
