Required Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (Master's degree preferred)
- CPA or Enrolled Agent certification is a plus
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a tax or accounting professional in public accounting or an accounting/finance role
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) is required
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations
Responsibilities:
- Perform bookkeeping tasks, including maintaining accurate records of financial transactions
- Utilize QBO to manage financial data and produce reports
- Accurately record and classify daily financial transactions
- Clean up financials and prepare bank reconciliations within budgeted hours
- Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively
