Corporate Controller
Location: Catonsville, Maryland (On-site, 5 days/week)
Salary: $150,000 - $175,000 + up to 10% Bonus

As Corporate Controller, you'll play a vital role in shaping financial strategies, enhancing operational efficiency, and fostering a collaborative culture.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive financial policies, strategies, and budgeting processes in collaboration with senior leadership.
Strengthen internal controls, ensuring robust financial management and compliance.
Oversee financial reporting, providing actionable insights to enhance business performance.
Ensure timely transaction processing, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness.
Foster strong relationships with external auditors, managing audit processes and reporting.
Present regular financial updates and business performance reports to stakeholders.
Track key financial and operational metrics, implementing strategies to optimize cash flow and working capital.
Collaborate with department heads to monitor budget performance and drive business growth.
Manage banking relationships, bonding requirements, and financial systems.
Ideal Candidate:Bachelor's degree in Accounting (CPA required; MBA preferred)
5-10 years of experience as a Controller, with expertise in:Cost accounting (standard costing methods and percentage of completion for revenue recognition)
Inventory process management
Strategic leadership and hands-on execution
Aligning solutions with company-wide and departmental goals
