Controller - Tandym

A hospital system in New Jersey is currently seeking an experienced accounting professional to join their team in Passaic County as their new Controller. In this role, the Controller will be responsible for overseeing financial reporting for the organization.

Responsibilities:

The Controller will:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets and forecasts
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and financial policies
• Supervise the accounting team and oversee daily financial operations
• Manage audits and coordinate with external auditors
• Provide financial insights to senior management for strategic decision-making

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree required, Masters degree preferred
• 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably a hospital/acute care environment
