Controller - Ascension Search Partners

Ascension Search Partners has been engaged by a middle market, private equity backed industrial products and services company who are hiring a Corporate Controller.

This leadership role has full oversight of corporate accounting, shared services (AP, AR), payroll, and treasury, and will be a key business partner to senior management, executives and external parties. This role will also be integral to the success of the firm's growth plan, including acquisition integration.

This well-established company is a market leader with a loyal base of long-tenured, blue-chip customers. They boast strong backing for a growth strategy that includes M&A opportunities. The CFO is an experienced leader with a history of promoting from within.

The ideal candidate has Controllership experience within a high growth, private equity backed company in the manufacturing or industrial services space. Demonstrated experience with process improvement and strong technical accounting knowledge is required. A strong leader with experience implementing best practices is sought for this role.
