Responsibilities:
- Oversee monthly/quarterly close processes following GAAP.
- Maintain corporate policies and fixed asset schedules.
- File multi-state tax returns accurately and ensure vendor compliance.
- Drive strategic initiatives such as finance transitions in acquisitions/divestitures.
- Coordinate diverse accounting functions including governmental, municipal, and local contracts.
- Manage annual budgeting and variance analytics.
- Ensure compliance in intercompany relationships and external audits.
- Assist in executive proposal reviews and ERP system management.
- Bring your bachelor's degree, and if you've got that CPA badge, even better.
- Proven experience with accounting, finance, or auditing. Construction / manufacturing industry experience preferred!
