Candidates Must Have A Bachelors Degree ( Prefer Engineering ). Must Have 4+ years experience working in a manufacturing environment.

Description: Our Client Is Currently Seeking A Controls Engineer For It's Reading, PA Location.
Candidates Must Have A Bachelors Degree ( Prefer Engineering ). Must Have 4+ years experience working in a manufacturing environment.
This job will have the following responsibilities:
- Optimize machine control programs on both existing and new equipment to improve reliability and performance.
- Analyze and improve plant processes.
- Assist Maintenance with troubleshooting hardware and process issues.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and solve problems.
- Work with the Engineering team on new equipment purchases and installations.
- Maintain and upgrade SCADA and Data Collection systems.
- Uphold quality and safety standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, or electro/mechanical engineering.
- Over 4 years of working in a high speed manufacturing environment
- Must be ok with being onsite
- Great communication skills and ability to work alone & on a team
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment
- Strong analytical skills for problem solving
