- Ability to locate new customers, manage current customers, and retain current customers.
- Must possess strong sales, leadership, & team building skills.
- Build-on to and maintain a team of controls engineers, electrical techs, and panel builders.
- Responsible for forecasting, budgeting, and meeting sales & revenue goals.
