Controls Technician - Fiero Group

About the Role:

Join our team as an Electro-Mechanical Controls Technician, specializing in electric heating resistance and three-phase wiring systems for cooking appliances. This position requires an individual with a robust understanding of electromechanical components, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and fluency in Italian is a significant advantage. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Specialize in diagnosing, servicing, and repairing electromechanical systems, particularly in the fields of electric heating resistance and three-phase wiring.
• Repair and diagnose electro-mechanical issues in Fiero's production facility.
• Work with customers to diagnose problems, both remotely and in person.
• Deliver exceptional service and support during on-site assignments.
• Accurately produce and manage detailed service reports whether providing remote or on-site service.
• Safely operate and manage field-based activities, adhering strictly to company protocols.

Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of electrical systems.
• Proficiency in Italian is highly desirable.
• Exceptional written communication skills.
• Proven experience in the field of working with electrical and mechanical systems.
• Flexibility in work hours and willingness to adapt to changing schedules.
