Job Title: Controls Technician

Job Description: Responsible for the installation, commissioning, testing, and maintenance of protective relay equipment, powerline carrier equipment, digital fault recorders (DFRs), remote terminal units (RTUs), and communication processors.

Responsibilities:

• Install and commission protective relay and communication systems.
• Conduct functional testing and troubleshooting of equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on control systems.
• Document test results and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with engineering teams for system improvements.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience with protective relays and control systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of communication protocols.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
