Job Summary:

Duration: 6+ months
Work Schedule: 40hrs./week
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
- Prepare Food, and handle food according to proper food safety guidelines.
- Use of kitchen equipment & supplies, manage staff, clean and sanitize the kitchen, take inventory of food and supplies, and follow proper food recipes.

Bilingual required or not:
- Bilingual preferred not required.
- Must read and speak English conversationally.
- One year of experience in a large-scale food preparation environment is required.
