Cook - Elmora Hills Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center

* Prepare meals following traditional recipes, in accordance with diets. Have meals for chopped, ground and puree textures. Prep prior meal is required.

* Maintain area as clean and organized in accordance with sanitation guidelines.

* Work as prep cook on alternate days.

* Help with some food deliveries.

* Maintain refrigerators as clean and organized possible.

* Follow all required logging, cooking temp, cooling temp, fridges temp, labeling, etc. as regulated by state.

* Have some managment skills with staff for things regarding cleaning, answering phones, dealing with residents, etc.
