Title: Cook
Job Summary: The Cook supports all dietary/culinary requirements in service of the dietary needs of our clients in recovery. They will be expected to participate in all appropriate mandatory in-service classes. They will follow work schedule as assigned by supervisor and perform other position-appropriate tasks as assigned. The Cook shall fulfill these responsibilities in a timely manner as to meet the daily mealtime service requirements.

Qualifications:
- A high school diploma is desired.
- Previous experience as an institutional cook/chef is desired. Other institutional food service experience is helpful.
- Understand the basic principles of all common facility therapeutic and texture-modified diets and properly serve foods designated for these diets.
- Experience in supervising food service staff is desired.
