Coordinator 2 - Communications at The Fountain Group

The Fountain Group is currently seeking a ­­­­­­­­Marketing Communications Specialist for a prominent client of ours.  This position is 100% ­­REMOTE. Details for the position are as follows:

Job Description:

• Pay: $24-26.28/hour to start!
• Assignment Length: 3 months with possibility of extension or conversion based on performance & budget.
• Shift: Monday – Friday, standard shift (EST hours) 100% REMOTE
• Responsibilities include:
  • Creates and updates content and templates for current and new electronic communications.
  • Responsible for providing administrative assistance to department and coordinating communications activities.
  • Creates and updates brochures, social media content and other marketing resources.
  • Participate in podcast Q&A sessions.
  • Reviews email bulletins, publishes updates as directed. Prepares, edits, maintains, and files various documents.
  • Coordinates and updates the corporate events and fundraising calendars.
  • Develops media lists, monitors news coverage, and assists with press releases and media outreach activities.

Qualifications:

• HS Diploma and 3+ years of experience in marketing, social media or communications REQUIRED. Bachelor’s degree a plus!
• Previous utilization and knowledge of SharePoint REQUIRED.
• Experience with Canva, Adobe or Veeva.
• Pharmaceutical industry a plus but not required.
