The salary range for this position is $32.05 - $35.62 per hour based upon a San Francisco location. Offered salary is dependent upon experience and location. Kendo Brands has a hybrid work model with three days in office and two days remote each week.
Summary:
The Email and CRM Marketing Coordinator will manage day-to-day execution of CRM Marketing campaigns (email, SMS & direct mail). They will own end-to-end email and SMS campaign execution, including campaign building and set up, targeting and workflow set up, QA process and deployment.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Support the Email & CRM Marketing Manager in implementing CRM & lifecycle campaigns across Email and SMS marketing channels to drive customer engagement and business growth
- Own the day-to-day execution of KVD Vegan Beauty, Ole Henriksen, and LipLab CRM marketing campaigns, including creating campaign briefs, setting up campaigns, structuring A/B tests, proofing & scheduling
- In collaboration with Email & CRM Marketing Manager, plan, build & launch automated email & SMS programs based on customer behavior and lifecycle. Monitor campaign metrics & customer KPIs and introduce testing plans to optimize performance
- Work closely with digital and creative teams to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets
- Produce monthly reporting, pulling campaign data & summarizing performance insights
- Support day-to-day operations for the CRM team
Education/Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in email marketing channel management and CRM
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications or equivalent work experience
Technical skills:
- Experience with Email and/or CRM marketing campaign production required
- Experience with SMS campaign production a plus
- Experience with a Customer Data Platform a plus
- Campaign briefing & QA experience
- Experience with web analytics, reporting & insights
- Basic Microsoft Excel knowledge required
- Experience with CRM software a plus
Other Skills:
- Familiarity with Email & CRM marketing best practices
- Must be highly detail-oriented and possess the ability to execute with minimal direction
- Very strong problem-solving skills with a technical mindset
- Ability to multi-task and work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
- Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Must have strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication/proofreading skills
