About the Job
Bill Rate: 35.00/hr.
Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
Location: Fargo, ND
Objectives:
Oversee and assist with project coordination requests for Aldevron audit responses.
Project coordinate deadlines and progress across departments to ensure action items are delivered on time by providing prep materials, facilitate agenda and document meeting notes to resolve ongoing topics.
Effectively communicate expectations and goals of request to internal associates and work productively and collaboratively with cross functional teams.
The essential requirements of the job include:
A minimum of two (2) years of experience in an administrative setting or project coordination experience.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft suite programs (including Excel).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
