SUMMARY:
The person in this position is to manage accounts receivables, collections and assist the Real Estate department with a variety of tasks.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Duties include late payment and collection calls and/or correspondence in a fast-paced goal-oriented department.
- Responsible for providing customer service, process, and review account adjustments, and to monitor collection issues in assigned region.
- Accountable for the reduction of aged receivables in assigned region.
- Must communicate and follow up effectively with Regional Managers regarding outstanding invoice issues within each region.
- Provide monthly reports to AVP, Director, and Regional Manager with updates on aged receivable accounts.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- 1 year collections experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of billing and collections procedures
- Accounts receivable experience
- Strong attention to detail, goal oriented.
- Commitment to customer service
- Willing and able to function and complete assignments in a multi-tasking environment is essential.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND/OR CREDENTIALS:
- Bachelor’s degree a plus, but not required
