FleishmanHillard Dallas is hiring an intern copywriter who is eager to work alongside our talented team of designers, filmmakers, copywriters and social media strategists. This four-month paid internship will be hybrid, full-time 40 hours per week starting in Spring 2025.

This full-time paid internship is 40 hours per week and runs from January 14, 2024 – May 16, 2024 . This internship offers a hybrid work experience (remote and in-office). Note: candidates are required to work onsite in our Dallas office at least two times a week.
Responsibilities
Our clients are in need of all types of writing, from short form to long form. The copywriter intern should capture the voice of the client and tell their story the best way possible. They show us how to change someone’s mind with only words.
You will be able to draw from your portfolio and demonstrate your creative potential by writing clear and compelling copy for various mediums. You have a strong understanding of grammar, punctuation, and style, and are able to write in a variety of tones and voices.
With guidance from the copy director, you will gain the skills necessary to understand the client’s needs and deliver on the creative brief. You will also refine your written communication skills to bring ideas to life and be open to feedback. You are constantly looking to improve your craft and be ahead of the curve in culture — providing the team with ideas that live beyond the brief. Together with senior creative, you will ensure the excellence of all agency work. Here you have the chance to make a lasting impact.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $18-$20 an hour.
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications and geography. A range of medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid time off and/or other benefits also are available.
