Position Details:
Title: Solution Architect V
Duration : 2-4 months
Location: Menlo Park, CA
Pay rate: $120/hr on W2

Summary:
Certified Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Validity Everest Specialist with a minimum of 5 years experience of implementing SFMC at 2 or more companies over $6B in revenue. Top Skills: 1) Configuration of SFMC to automate execution, monitoring and measuring performance of email campaigns. 2) Implement solutions such as Validity's Everest Product to monitor and improve email deliverability rates 3) Understanding of how to use Salesforce Data Cloud and Privacy Center to automate campaign building and execution.
Responsibilities will include:
1.Solicit and document requirements from stakeholders (Marketing and non-Marketing teams)
2.Configure Salesforce Marketing Cloud to automate email campaign use cases for Marketing and non-Marketing organizations
3.Complete configuration and implementation of Validity's Everest Product to monitor and improve email deliverability rates to achieve desired goals
4.Create documentation of solutions for training and support teams
5.Provide support to users post implementation
6.Participate in daily stand ups and required meetings
7.Services needed: Expert in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (highest priority) and Validity Everest Product (secondary priority) as described in #1 above. Expert is defined as someone with at minimum of 3 implementations of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
8.Sprint planning
Must Have:
1.Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification (SFMC)
2.Strong communication and collaboration experience with stakeholders and business partners
3.Configuration of SFMC to automate execution, monitoring and measuring performance of email campaigns. Implement solutions such as Validity's Everest Product to monitor and improve email deliverability rates
Nice to Have:
1.Data cloud exposure and experience
2.Tools: Validity Everest, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Stack
3.Salesforce CRM Experience
