Department Details
Monday- Friday in person role. Supports and coordinates executive calendar and work priorities, planning and maintaining meetings and preparing reports
*Organize travel arrangements and event planning
.*Executes special objectives and projects in response to the executive requests
Job Summary
Responsible for managing overall support functions and environment of Administration. Provides administrative support to the designated executive leadership. Manage and maintain Executives calendar including scheduling appointments, internal/external meetings and conference calls. Draft and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents on behalf of the Executive. Must have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. Can also work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.
Qualifications
Associate degree in a secretarial or related field.
Two years of Executive Assistant experience required.
