POSITION OVERVIEW
Cogir Senior Living seeks a service-focused and highly organized Corporate Administrative Assistant to support the Senior Leadership Team. In this role, you will provide high-level administrative assistance and project coordination and ensure seamless daily operations to support the Chief Operating Officer and senior leaders in driving the company's mission and values.
We are looking for a proactive, resourceful, and devoted professional who is dedicated to fostering a service-first environment. You will be entrusted with managing schedules, coordinating critical projects, and serving as a reliable point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Your ability to focus on service excellence and administrative precision will be instrumental in enhancing leadership efficiency and helping Cogir Senior Living continue to provide exceptional care and service to seniors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide dedicated administrative support to the leadership team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements. Anticipate the needs of the senior leadership team to ensure their time is used efficiently.
- Organize and set up meeting meals, manage restaurant and hotel bookings, manage travel, expense reports, and all related communication.
- Assist with company-wide and leadership-driven projects, tracking deadlines, organizing resources, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project completion.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the COO's office, managing communications with a focus on responsiveness, professionalism, and service excellence. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective follow-up.
- Prepare agendas, coordinate logistics, and manage follow-ups for leadership meetings, executive events, and offsite retreats. Handle all related materials and presentations and ensure meetings are well-organized.
- Actively identify opportunities to improve administrative and operational processes that serve the leadership team, recommending and implementing changes to enhance workflow efficiency.
- Handle sensitive information with the highest degree of confidentiality and integrity, ensuring the COO and senior leadership are fully supported in their work.
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE
- Education: Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: 3-5 years of administrative experience, ideally supporting senior executives in a service-driven or corporate environment.
