TITLE: Corporate Associate Attorney - Am Law 200 Firm

OUR CLIENT

Our client, a well-known and respected  Am Law 200 firm with over 200 attorneys, seeks a talented Corporate Associate to join their dynamic practice in their Atlanta Office.

This position presents an excellent opportunity to work on high-level middle-market transactions with a reasonable work/life balance. 

THE ROLE:

The successful candidate will be responsible for document drafting, transaction support, and providing assistance across a range of general corporate, mergers & acquisitions, and private equity transactions. This role will primarily focus on M&A work and involves working closely with the entire team, including key partners.

Qualifications:

• 4-6 years of experience in general corporate, M&A, and/or private equity transactions
• Experience with middle-market transactions in a large firm setting preferred
• Excellent academic credentials
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup
