Corporate Counsel - CBOHN

We are seeking attorneys for counsel positions in the New York office for our leveraged finance practice group. Candidates should have at least eight years of experience in corporate work, with substantial exposure to capital markets and/or bank lending transactions and experience in acquisition finance and related commitment processes.

Candidates must have excellent oral and written communication skills, a strong academic background and be admitted to the New York Bar.

Location: New York

Compensation: The anticipated salary range we expect to pay to for this position is $525,000 to $700,000. The actual salary may vary based on skills, experience or other relevant factors.
