Job Title: Corporate Counsel
Location: Sarasota, Florida (3 days per week in office)
Salary: $175K-$185K plus bonus and equity

Responsibilities:
- Provide legal support for corporate and subsidiary operations
- Negotiate and advise on commercial matters
- Support M&A through due diligence and drafting deal documents
- Collaborate on legal issues including corporate governance, compliance, intellectual property, and data privacy
Must-Have Skills:
- Juris Doctor with a strong academic record
- 2+ years of legal experience
- Minimum one year of experience at a multinational law firm
- Expertise in drafting commercial contracts (software licenses, supply agreements, etc.)
- Understanding of litigation prevention and regulatory compliance
Nice to Have Skills:
- In-house legal experience
- Familiarity with corporate governance, labor law, intellectual property, and data privacy
- Strong project management and organizational abilities
