Landmark Hospitality is looking for a Corporate Event Sales Manager to join our team!

The Corporate Sales Director at Landmark Hospitality is a master relationship-builder, deal-maker, and connector. This role is all about creating and nurturing high-impact relationships with corporate clients, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and positioning Landmark Hospitality's diverse venues as the top choice for corporate events, meetings, galas, and retreats. The Corporate Sales Director is supported by venue level operations, and focus on strategy, relationships, and driving revenue through powerful connections and tailored solutions.
Landmark approaches corporate sales differently depending on what each of our venues has to offer; We have venues with hotels as well as destination hotels that attract corporate sales on a regional level. We have venues with hotels in prime business markets that target a local radius of businesses and we have venues without meeting rooms that are ideal for galas, trade shows and corporate picnics.

Requirements:
We are looking for candidates that have several years in a similar position. The ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and a genuine passion for hospitality are essential. Must be able to work directly with senior management and across teams to create a cohesive sales strategy and environment. Experience working with corporate clients is a must. This individual will also interact with our hotel revenue management team as needed, experience in this area is a plus.

Knowledge, Experience, & Skill:
Corporate Sales Strategy:
- Must have 3+ experience in selling directly to corporations
- Proactive experience in creating relationships with community and Business associations
- Develop and implement a comprehensive corporate sales strategy to increase bookings and revenue from corporate clients across all Landmark Hospitality properties.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers within target companies to secure corporate accounts and long-term partnerships.
- Leverage existing relationships and networks to drive new business opportunities.
Cross-Selling
- Proactively identify opportunities for cross-selling Landmark Hospitality properties to corporate clients, ensuring they are aware of the full range of services and venues available.
- Tailor sales pitches and proposals to align with the specific needs and goals of each corporate client.
Collaboration with Marketing and Revenue Management
- Work closely with the corporate marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotions aimed at corporate clients.
- Partner with the hotel revenue management company to set competitive room rates, packages, and promotions that attract corporate business while maximizing profitability.
- Analyze market trends, corporate demand patterns, and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Client Relationship Management:
- Create and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business
- Conduct regular check-ins and reviews with clients to assess their needs, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for service improvement.
- Represent Landmark Hospitality at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to build brand awareness and generate leads.
Sales Reporting, Systems and Analysis
- Work with SVP of Sales and Sales Operations manager to create, monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to the team and ownership
- Optimize the use of Cvent and other industry tools to maximize closing sales
- Use data and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and make data-driven decisions to improve results.
- Prepare forecasts, budgets, and reports as required.
