About the Job
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the organization's Long- and Mid-Term Strategy Deployment processes.
- Facilitate and support Annual Hoshin Planning at both site and functional levels.
- Lead annual Value Stream and Value Chain Mapping sessions to support Hoshin and Budgeting processes.
- Identify project teams, opportunities, actions, and training needs resulting from Hoshin Planning and mapping activities.
- Collaborate with Operations, Product Engineering & Development, Supply Chain, Sales, and other departments to align on Lean & Six Sigma project priorities and targets.
- Develop and manage Lean & Six Sigma training plans aligned with annual goals.
- Support sites and functional teams in incorporating initiatives into the Annual Budget Plan.
- Lead high-impact Lean & Six Sigma Black Belt projects identified in the Annual Hoshin Planning process.
- Oversee the rollout of the company's Production System (SPS) and drive SPS KPIs across the organization.
- Travel to support other Corporate Lean & Six Sigma Black Belts and their projects as needed.
- Complete company Lean & Six Sigma Black Belt training and certification within established timelines.
- Develop and update training materials for White, Yellow, Orange, and Green Belt courses, as well as advanced Belt training.
- Deploy and drive the Lean & Six Sigma Program, supporting cross-functional collaboration.
- Benchmark industry metrics to enhance Lean & Six Sigma practices.
- Define program KPIs and manage the Silfab Belt Program.
- Coach other Belt holders, ensuring project success and certification achievement.
- Maintain project portfolios to meet operational and financial Lean & Six Sigma goals.
- Assist with asset utilization, line flow, and RCA (Root-Cause Analysis) efforts at various sites.
- Collaborate on Supplier Quality and Customer Quality programs, focusing on RCA and CA.
- Support Product Design and Manufacturing Engineers in enhancing designs and reducing defects.
- Work with IT to develop data systems and dashboards for tracking program metrics, certifications, and project progress.
- Review and report on Lean & Six Sigma program performance and maturity levels across the organization.
- Manage budget targets and financial reporting for Lean & Six Sigma projects and Kaizen activities.
- Participate in Continuous Improvement events, benchmarking, and knowledge-sharing activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience
Required:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (Engineering preferred).
- At least 7 years in Process Improvement, Quality, or Operational Excellence roles.
- A minimum of 5 years in a Lean & Six Sigma-driven environment.
- 3+ years of Project Management experience with large-scale, cross-functional projects.
- Proven track record of results in a matrixed setting.
- Proficiency in Minitab and experience in teaching the software.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Preferred:
- Lean Certification.
- Six Sigma Green or Black Belt.
- PMP or Prince 2.0 certification.
