Responsibilities:
- Track litigation deadlines and manage attorney schedules to minimize conflicts and prioritize appointments.
- Draft, prepare, and finalize legal documents, ensuring timely service, filing, and delivery.
- Handle court filings, including service of pleadings at various levels and electronic filing procedures.
- Answer phones, arrange meetings, and perform basic legal research as needed.
- Organize physical and electronic files, manage file openings and closures, and assist with billing processes and collection efforts.
Qualifications/Background Profile:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a legal environment, with a strong background in administrative support and legal document handling.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal document management software.
- Ability to draft, format, and proofread legal documents with high attention to detail.
- Experience with court filings, including electronic filing procedures.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

This job is Hybrid Remote.
Pay Range: Salary $75,000.00 to $85,000.00
