Corporate Paralegal - Round Hill Search

About the Job
Responsibilities:
Provide transactional coordination and support on a wide variety of matters, including managing and conducting project due diligence
Provide support for the negotiating and execution of MIPAs/APAs, site control agreements, term sheets/LOIs, NDAs
Prepare initial drafts
Interfacing with outside counsel
- Manage corporate formations, governance, and maintenance, including operating agreements, resolutions, and corporate certificates
- Document management
- Coordinate the closing process for various acquisition and project finance transactions
- Prepare different correspondences
- Check and edit legal forms, documents, and contracts for accuracy
- Perform administrative duties in support of the legal and transactions function groups
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in corporate, real estate, or energy law, focusing on solar or renewable energy.
- Strong knowledge of transactional law, including contract law, real estate law, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in document management systems and legal research tools.
- Experience with renewable energy projects is highly preferred.
