Corporate Tax Manager at KBW Financial

KBW has partnered with a Manchester CPA firm to help them find a Corporate Tax Manager to join the team. The position is for an experienced professional focused on corporate tax.  This role is in office with some flexibility.  Excellent benefits.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Corporate tax filings, risk assessment, compliance, as well as gain exposure to a broad range of other business and tax related matters consisting of tax, transactions and value add consulting. 
• Partnership and individual returns
• Ability to gain experience and knowledge to plan and perform corporate, partnership, individual, estate and trust tax filings. 
• Be flexible to manage a heavier workload and multiple client projects especially during busy seasons which includes clients in several states. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact with your colleagues, managers, partners, and clients
• A desire to develop client relationships and provide guidance and risk assessments.

Qualifications and Skills Software Skills :

BS/BA in Tax, Accountancy or related concentrations 

Masters in Tax or Accountancy or CPA certification or a plan to pursue
