Role Overview:

The Financial Planning Lead is responsible for the day-to-day management of a team of Financial Planning Consultants, Specialists, and Operations to grow the Financial Planning discipline, resulting in plan implementation.

What You'll Do:

1. Manage the day-to-day Financial Planning Strategy and Solutions Team
2. Sets activity metrics and sales yearly goals
3. Works on complex financial planning cases
4. Provides thought leadership content
5. Active participant in training new Advisors
6. Key Role in webinar series
7. Aligns and assists in leading changes in policy and operations
8. Actively manages a team of planning experts and focuses on their development
9. Improves the operational efficiencies of the Financial Planning Process and Program

What You'll Bring:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Finance and/or equivalent experience
2. Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience Deep comprehension of Financial Planning, which includes cash flow, net worth, education, investment, retirement, & business planning
3. High subject matter expertise in income taxes, capital markets, and trust and estate law
4. Ability to drive financial planning adoption and understand how Financial Planning activity translates into core product sales

Pay Transparency

Salary Range: $150,000 - $175,000

Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
