Compensation: Up to $120,000 plus a 10% target bonus

About the Role
As a Cost Accounting Manager, you'll be at the forefront of financial operations, managing the close process, implementing cost management strategies, and ensuring the achievement of financial objectives

Key Responsibilities:Analyze supply chain impacts on financial metrics
Lead financial closing procedures and SOX compliance
Prepare and review critical journal entries
Spearhead monthly forecasting and variance analysis
Contribute to annual operational planning and budgeting
Identify and implement process improvements
Collaborate cross-functionally to drive business results
Provide expert analysis for audits
Lead special projects and foster a positive team environment
Required Qualifications:5-7 years of finance experience in manufacturing or supply chain
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or MBA preferred)
Proven supervisory experience
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Power BI knowledge a plus)
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment
Comprehensive understanding of Information Systems and ERP platforms
