Cost Estimation Analyst - Concrete & Waterproofing Projects - Keller Executive Search

Our client, a leading name in the construction sector, is expanding their team by hiring a Cost Estimation Analyst who specializes in concrete rehabilitation and waterproofing. This role combines technical proficiency with business development initiatives in commercial and infrastructure projects.

Working closely with both the Regional Manager and executive team, you’ll play a key role in driving growth and innovation. Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with subcontractors and vendors to negotiate competitive pricing
• Conducting ongoing cost assessments to support seamless project delivery
• Representing the company at essential pre-bid meetings
• Utilizing Procore estimating tools to perform in-depth project cost analysis
• Ensuring smooth project handovers from preconstruction to active operations

Requirements

• Proven experience in concrete restoration and waterproofing
• Bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish
• Experience with Procore Estimating software
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage projects independently
• Adaptability for hybrid work environments
