Responsibilities
Customer Service: Greet customers warmly as they enter the establishment and ensure their needs are met promptly and courteously.
Order Taking: Accurately record customer orders, whether by phone, online order, or in person, and accurately enter it into the point of sale system.
Cash Handling: Manage transactions at the cash register with precision, providing customers with the correct change and receipt.
Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all dining and counter spaces meet health and safety standards.
Menu Knowledge: Stay informed about current menu offerings and promotions to accurately inform and suggest menu items to customers.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and other team members to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
Experience: Prior customer service or hospitality experience preferred, but also a good starter job for someone with a willingness to learn.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
