About the Job
We are looking for a seasoned Senior Analyst to manage and support our Sourcing and Procure-to-Pay systems, with a primary focus on Coupa, along with other tools like our onboarding and risk assessment solution, spend analytics, and SRM systems. Reporting to the Head of Procurement, this role involves serving as the Coupa system administrator, leading training, configuring the system, designing tests, and ensuring smooth functionality during system releases. The Senior Analyst will also drive best practices within the Coupa user community and provide data analysis support to the procurement team, including dashboard creation and custom data analysis. Strong customer service skills and a collaborative mindset are essential, as the role involves working closely with internal stakeholders to resolve issues, drive cost savings, and enhance safety and security.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the Coupa Subject Matter Expert (SME), particularly in designing and managing mid to large-scale projects
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, serving as the first point of contact for Coupa-related training, configuration, and design requests
- Streamline procurement data collection processes, creating automated, user-friendly routines
- Analyze data and present it in a clear, easily interpretable format
- Identify and interpret data trends and patterns relevant to the organization
- Support data collection and analysis for sourcing events across various categories
- Design and manage tests for system integration and releases, working closely with IT and handling connected third-party applications
- Prepare reports for leadership use in business settings
- Collaborate with team members, including engineers and programmers, to improve data-related processes
- Engage with the Coupa user community to share insights and promote best practices
- Troubleshoot Coupa and other procurement system issues, and lead or assist in application testing for medium to large projects
Qualifications
- Coupa Platform Certification is preferred
- Project Management certification is a plus
- Over 3 years of experience in Procure-to-Pay or Source-to-Pay processes
- Over 3 years of hands-on experience as a Coupa system administrator
- Experience in configuring and integrating Coupa SIM, Analytics, Sourcing, and CLM modules with ERP, Middleware, and third-party applications via flat file and APIs
- At least 2 years of project management experience in mid to large-scale projects
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proven ability to support and facilitate procurement system and process adoption
- Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with experience creating and delivering presentations to stakeholders and senior leadership
