Courier Driver - Hiring Immediately at PLANET AID INC

Planet Aid is seeking reliable box truck drivers for full-time positions with benefits, weekly pay, the opportunity for advancement, and consistent hours. Drivers will operate up to a 20-foot box truck collecting donated materials from Planet Aid's Collection bins.

Pay for new drivers: $21 Hour (Plus weekly bonus averaging $1 to $2 an hour)

Pay: Weekly

Schedule: 10-hour days, 4 days a week, Saturdays Required

Start time: Between 4 am and 5 am

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (other responsibilities may be assigned):

• Demonstrate safe/efficient box truck driving skills
• Empty the donation bins, collect donations and dispose of any trash in/around the bins on a daily route
• Load donated materials into the truck in a safe and efficient manner
• Provide good customer service and communicate with customers in a professional manner.
• Lift and toss bags weighing up to 50 pounds and push items up to 300 lbs.

• Minimum of 1 Year of commercial small-truck diving experience is required, box truck experience is strongly preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent experience
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to obtain DOT Medical Card
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening, background check, driving record check, and a DOT physical
• Ability to lift 50lbs. repeatedly and bend to empty collections bins
• Knowledge of FMCSA Guidelines
