Job Overview:
The client is seeking a Certified Court Reporter to provide comprehensive court reporting services for five (5) depositions. The depositions will take place between September 23, 2024, and December 20, 2024, with most depositions scheduled to occur prior to October 25, 2024. The contractor will be responsible for recording, transcribing, and finalizing all deposition transcripts. This role is crucial for ensuring accurate and timely documentation of legal proceedings.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide court reporting services for five (5) depositions.
• Accurately record legal proceedings and produce verbatim transcripts.
• Schedule depositions at either the Hurlburt Field, Florida.
• Work within the deposition schedule between September 23, 2024, and December 20, 2024, with a focus on completing most sessions by October 25, 2024.
• Ensure that the transcripts are finalized within the 6-month period of performance from the time of award.
• Coordinate with legal teams and stakeholders to meet any potential scheduling adjustments or extensions.

Qualifications:

• Must be a Certified Court Reporter.
• Proven experience as a Stenographer or similar role.
• Expertise in accurately recording legal proceedings and producing precise transcripts.
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple depositions within the given timeframe.
• Experience working in legal or military environments preferred.

Period of Performance:
The contract will extend for 6 months from the time of award, allowing time for schedule flexibility and completion of transcripts.
