Key Responsibilities:
- Provide court reporting services for five (5) depositions.
- Accurately record legal proceedings and produce verbatim transcripts.
- Schedule depositions at either the Hurlburt Field, Florida.
- Work within the deposition schedule between September 23, 2024, and December 20, 2024, with a focus on completing most sessions by October 25, 2024.
- Ensure that the transcripts are finalized within the 6-month period of performance from the time of award.
- Coordinate with legal teams and stakeholders to meet any potential scheduling adjustments or extensions.
- Must be a Certified Court Reporter.
- Proven experience as a Stenographer or similar role.
- Expertise in accurately recording legal proceedings and producing precise transcripts.
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple depositions within the given timeframe.
- Experience working in legal or military environments preferred.
