JOB TITLE:             Creative Art Director 

JOB LOCATION:    1404 Cowart St., Chattanooga, TN 37408 (Hamilton County)

JOB DUTIES:          
Responsible for cultivating and maintaining the creative integrity of creative projects for brand invention and advertising agency. Specific duties include: (1) Defining the creative box for writers, art directors, and designers to operate in; (2) Guiding clients through the entire creative phase for brand invention and advertising projects; (3) Managing the creative process of multiple simultaneous projects; (4) Outlining creative brief and project kickoff; (5) Leading the writers’ room; (6) Defining and shaping platforms; (7) Providing creative feedback to writers, art directors, and designers; (8) Presenting brand and advertising projects to clients; (9) Leading projects through pre-production, production, and post-production. 

REQUIREMENTS: 
4 years of advertising industry experience as a copywriter, art director, or creative director at an agency, including specific experience: (1) managing other creatives and departments, (2) concepting, art direction, and writing dynamic copy, and (3) selling work and leading clients through creative development through production of assets and delivery. Remote work benefit available.
