About the Job
Cella is looking for a Creative Project Manager to help support a client of ours in the beauty industry. In this role you will work directly with the Visual Merchandising team along with cross-functional partners to lead and guide Self-Assist projects from inception to fruition.
The ideal candidate has the ability to lead, influence, solve problems, and work with all levels in the organization and in a cross-functional environment.
This role is hybrid, two year contract and is based out of NYC.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- 5 years of Project management experience
- Fluent in Wrike, Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite
- A high level of written, verbal, and interpersonal skills to communicate information, ideas, procedures, and processes in a logical sequence and at a level appropriate to the audience, resulting in effective working relationships.
- An expert ability to think systemically and strategically and execute tactically.
- Successful experience with change management principles and demonstrated ability to drive and manage the change process from strategic planning through implementation and follow-thru.
- Ability to multi task and maintain deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to adapt to changing workflows and processes.
- Motivation, decisiveness, organizational skills are a must.

responsibilities:
- Manage projects against dates and milestones, connecting VM with Marketing plan.
- Create new projects and initiatives.
- Manage printed projects being developed in partnership with the new locations, Coming Soon, Standard store signage and custom materials.
- Align the Visual team with Marketing project needs and schedules.
- Connect workflow, spot and eliminate duplicative work.
- Schedule all necessary approvals for Visual Merchandising.
- Assign tasks and route creative for projects from US and DMI partners.
- Oversee vendor due dates to keep outside partners on track.
- Oversee agenda for a biweekly all-team meeting.
- Cross functional communication.
- Work with outside production house, managing as needed.
