Credit Quality Analyst - Axelon Services Corporation

Responsible for loan fulfillment, reviewing documentation,, performing due diligence, working with credit partners on closing loans.
Previous loan documentation experience and understanding of financial covenant principals is desired. Working knowledge of HotDocs is beneficial.

" Support Business Banking Front Line Units with getting their client s loan closed accurately and on time.
" Serve as the loan fulfillment closer by ensuring all due diligence is accurate and complete prior to booking and funding loan (insurance, appraisal, title work, Good Standing, UCC, and CRA requirements) loan
" Prepare legal loan documentation using bank templates and documentation tools.
" Work closely with commercial underwriting, bank Legal and Risk partners to vet out special loan closing conditions.
" Review large commercial loan documentation from outside counsel to ensure that it complies with bank standards prior to booking and funding loan
" Work well and collaborate in a team office setting

Must have Skills:
" Ability to handle multiple tasks while balancing accuracy in efficiency metric based environment
" Ability to meet monthly metrics: productivity, quality of work, timeliness, client satisfaction.
Must have strong inter-personal communication skills to work with a variety of business partners
" Sense of urgency and strong customer service skills a must
" Able to navigate in Word and Excel
" Ability to navigate and toggle between multiple systems
Ability to suggest approaches to meet needs

Manager said someone with paralegal exp would be helpful.
