Our technology client in Broomall, Pa is looking for several Credit Service Representatives to join their growing team!
Hours: Monday - Friday, 11:30am - 8:00pm Eastern Standard Time (EST). Training (3-4 weeks) will be 8:30am - 5:00pm EST. After training, you will transition to your regular scheduled shift of 11:30am - 8:00pm EST.
This is a Direct Hire, Remote or Hybrid role, your choice (after 3 week training program onsite at Broomall Pa HQ). This awesome position offers hourly rate up to $19.50/hour with excellent benefits including a company performance bonus.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and customers, responding to inquiries via phone and email about organizations services.
- Fulfill client verification requests with third party creditors, via phone, email or fax.
- Assess customer needs, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a deep understanding of products, services and policies to ensure accurate and consistent communication to the customer.
- Liaise with other departments within organization to handle requests and queries from customers effectively.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and secure handling of confidential information.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
- Continually identify ways to improve customer service experience and participate in creating and implementing them.
