Responsibilities:
- Collect past-due accounts via mail, phone, and online communication.
- Monitor accounts for creditworthiness and assess risk factors.
- Collaborate with legal counsel for account recovery when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of communications and payments.
- Provide regular updates to management on account status and collection efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field.
- Proven experience in credit collection or financial services.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and credit management software.
