Crew Leader (Tree Worker) - A Plus Tree, LLC

A Plus Tree, LLC is seeking a Crew Leader for the day-to-day support of our Tree worker's crews.

Our Crew Leaders are responsible for building a high-performing team by coaching, training, and developing Tree Workers to be great leaders, operators, and coaches. They oversee all aspects of recruiting, training, management, fiscal compliance, and overall operations of approximately 1-8Cells to ensure high quality, safety, service excellence, satisfaction, and maximum profitability. The Crew Leader reports to aVP of Operations.

What we are looking for:

• Supervisory experience - 2+ years of experience managing a crew
• 2+ years of Climbing experience
• GIS software or tree inventory/GPS software experience
• Timeclock management
• Impeccable safety record
• Knowledge of ANSI Z133 Standards
• CTSP - Certified Treecare Safety Professional
• Demonstrates strong verbal and written interpersonal communication skills; able to easily interact with diverse employees, bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools, specifically Outlook, Word, and some Excel
• Possesses strong organizational skills and can effectively prioritize needs (solid multitasker)
• Passionate about tree work, service, and people
• Certified Arborist a plus
• Commercial Driver a plus
